Can I change my budget at any time?
Yes, but there are some details to consider! There are a few pricing options on the platform to choose from. If you have a different budget, please let us know at success@personize.ai or book us, and we will send you a private payment link. Changes will be reflected in the total credits.
What happens if I exceed my monthly budget?
If you have a grandfathered pricing plan, your discounts are limited to that maximum monthly volume. However, you can keep using the service by buying extra credits or raising your monthly budget with the pricing at the time of purchase. Otherwise, actions will be paused until the next billing cycle.
Will my pricing change if the cost per action or discount structure changes?
No. If we change the credits per action or alter the volume discount structure, your existing discount will be preserved. It will be applied to the new credits per action. However, you have the option to switch to the latest pricing if it better suits your needs.
